I have a few ideas for a human resource management application. The program would have a similar feel to that of facebook, this would require less time to train employees that have had experience with the FB. In this application there would be a large focus on task accomplishment and internal communication. Also a scheduler will help managers communicate work schedules to employees.

That sounds like it would be a good idea.
ReplyDeleteone thing you should look at is the demography of your customers work force. You assuming that they will all have had experience with facebook. that may or may not be the case. This will hold true to any user interface you use. "Make It Simple, Make it Fun"

I think that's a good idea. I know that some businesses do similar things for their employees to view their schedules online. I have a buddy who worked at Olive Garden and they had that type of set up. I could see this working for local restaurants.
